The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SJR 22(JUD) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SJR 22 am? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Dunleavy, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, Fairclough, French, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(JUD) Opposing the warrantless collection of telephone call data by the National Security Agency. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
